Our complete service includes:
Plannng the event: Tell us your ideas. We can help you decide which structures will work best for your event. We can often recommend companies we think you’ll like: such as venues, furniture hire and caterers.
Before the event: Delivery and setting-up in good time.
During the event: Instant information, advice and practical assistance if you need it.
After the event: Taking down, packing-up and removing tents.
Delivery and set-up costs
- The standard hire is for a weekend from Friday to Monday. Additional days (priced per structure) are available on request.
- Delivery is calculated from our base in Northumberland (NE478HF)
- A 50% deposit is required; on receipt of this payment, the booking will be confirmed. This is also the cancellation change. The remaining 50% is due before set-up begins on the start date of your event.
- We do not charge VAT.

All tents are made with premium certified fire-proof canvas. The tents have structural engineer’s certificates and come with full public liability insurance up to £5 million.
